Our fuel rates are valid for 7 days. Please note that rates may vary due to fluctuations in exchange rates.
How much notice is needed to arrange fuel?
The amount of notice required to arrange fuel can vary by location, with some requiring up to 24 hours. To avoid delays, we ask for at least 2 hours’ notice before your arrival or departure. We prioritize timely refueling and will work to ensure authorization is processed promptly at all locations.
Can a fuel request be canceled?
You can cancel your refueling request if necessary. However, please note that some locations may charge cancellation fees if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled refueling or if the fuel is not used.
